We collect limited account information (such as email, username, or phone number) for authentication purposes. All account data is handled by Clerk; please refer to their Privacy Policy. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties and is only accessible by the developer for maintenance and support purposes. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Collux and its content (excluding user-submitted collections) are the property of the developer and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Collux is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
